Are we there yet? Alfred & L.A.M.P.S Conference Explores Diversity Responsiveness in Mental Health Settings
VTMH was invited to take part of the 2015 Alfred & L.A.M.P.S Diversity Conference - Are we there yet?, held on Wednesday 12th August 2015.
The content and structure of the day was driven by an underlying need to know more about dimensions of diversity responsiveness in the public mental health system.
Silvana Izzo from VTMH co-facilitated a session as part of the Family Healing stream with Arefa, a carer involved in the Our Voices, stories of carers from migrant and refugee background DVD project.
Radhika Santhanam-Martin from VTMH took part in the panel discussion, to further the conversations that the conference had opened.
VTMH would like to extend their congratulations to the organising committee on convening a thought-provoking conference.
